About West Mercia Fork Trucks
West Mercia Fork Trucks serves customers through three published depot locations: Oldbury, Telford and Coventry. The Oldbury head office is on Hainge Road in Tividale. Its equipment catalogue covers internal-combustion and electric counterbalance trucks, reach trucks, warehouse equipment and multidirectional machines, with Bobcat equipment specifically listed.
Customers can enquire about new or used forklifts, hire and maintenance through the local depot teams. The company also lists battery and tyre services, and describes mobile engineers supporting the three depot areas. Each depot has its own telephone number and named area contact. This allows a buyer to discuss local support and delivery arrangements rather than relying solely on a central sales enquiry.
